An Integration Framework for your journey to become an Integrated Business.
By JR Nelson, Vice President of Sales and Business Development
At An Integrated Business, our primary goal for client projects is to deliver business value through integrated solutions that drive their businesses' positive results.
We derive this increased business value through integration projects that are focused on business use cases, such as those outlined in our recently published use cases:
Improve Customer Support and Service
Improve Sales Forecasting and Productivity
Accelerate New Employee Productivity
Where are you on your journey to become an integrated business?
An Integrated Business is focused on helping clients become integrated businesses regardless of wherever they are in their journey.
In the same way Jeff Sinason, our CTO and your Trusted Advisor, explained as hikers need a terrain map when planning a hiking trip, our integration framework is a “terrain map” that highlights obstacles and the best steps to take for success.
Jeff’s Integration Framework, combined with our agile-based methodology, enables integrated businesses to have a clear vision of what needs to be addressed for a successful project.
Our recommended first step is to hold a Business Integration Workshop with key business stakeholders and IT personnel to identify functional areas requiring integration and then choosing a project that will yield the most value.
Once the integration project is agreed on, an Integration Technology Workshop is held to create the implementation plan incorporating resources, schedule, and configuration of the agreed-to integration solution, such as IBM software, to provide the maximum value for our client’s business.
The Business Integration Workshop generates a list of potential projects and carries a value of $1,200. From now through 3/31/21, we are offering to pilot the integration workshops for free because we are doing the workshops remotely.
Please let me or our team know if you would like more information and have an interest in becoming an integrated business.
On behalf of our team, I would like to wish you all a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
Thank you
